How do I request a Northwood University Alumni account?

Northwood University currently provides email accounts for active alumni through an agreement with Microsoft. These hosted alumni accounts provide a generous mailbox quota and continued access to Outlook Web Access (OWA) features. Upon graduation, the NU email account will automatically be converted to Alumni status and retained for up to 12 months.  In addition to email, Alumni users will also retain Webadvisor access to view an unofficial transcript and print tax documents.

If you are a graduated alumni and no longer have an account, please visit the Alumni Email page and sign up to register for a new Northwood email account.*  Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for the Alumni Office to process your information. You will be notified via email when your account has been generated.

*Alumni users must complete an annual retention form that is emailed to their Northwood account in order to keep the current Northwood username and all messages associated with that email account.
