In order to streamline the new employee process, and ensure that every IT area is properly notified of your student employee. IT requires that you fill out the IT Access Request Web Form. This form is always mailed to the new student's supervisor with a subject of "Student Employment Change of Status Form" (you must be logged into Blackboard to view the form). This online form is the only acceptable method to communicate new student employee requests, which may include network share drives, calendars, printers, and other programs.
Before submitting the online IT Access Request web form please have your new or current student employee complete the AUP, FERPA Training, and NU Student Access documents if requesting access to Perceptive Content, Colleague, NXT or TeamDynamix. These three forms MUST be attached to the online web form in order to gain access to any of the mentioned programs. All forms can be found under the files section of the Access Request Service (must be signed in to TeamDynamix for the link to work).
