Here are the necessary steps for an instructor to submit midterm grades and attendance:
- Click the Self Service link on the Blackboard Ellucian page.
- Once logged in to Self Service click the Faculty menu.
- Click on the Grading tab in the Section Details menu in Self-Service.
- Click on the correct grading term: Midterm 1. IMPORTANT: Please be sure the Midterm 1 tab is selected.
- Enter each student’s midterm grade in the Midterm Grade field.
- After all midterm grades are entered for each student on the roster, click Midterm Grading Complete.
*Note: Once the Midterm Grading Complete button is clicked, faculty will not be able to change submitted grades.
- To verify midterm grades have been submitted, after clicking Midterm Grading Complete, review the system message (Midterm grading marked complete) toward the top right-hand side of the Section Details page.
