You can embed a web link in your Blackboard course so that it appears as a standalone piece of content alongside other materials. For example, you can add a link to a website that you referenced in the syllabus.
- In your Blackboard course go to the content page
- Select the add icon (Circle with a plus inside) and select Create
- From the pop up list of options you will select Link
- Edit the visibility, add in the name and paste the url
- click Save
