Publishers' integration of materials are outside of the Northwood Blackboard system -- the Northwood IT Help Desk staff are blocked from getting into these systems to troubleshoot issues. You should always notify your instructor of any issues access publisher materials and then either contact the publisher directly or the Center for Excellence.
Publishers have a dedicated support staff that are very responsive to technical issues and is your primary contact for support. Below is a list of the support websites and phone numbers.
