How to Embed a YouTube Video

To Embed a YouTube video:

1. Go to YouTube and locate the desired video.
2. On the video's page, click the Share button (under the video).
3. Click the Embed button.
4. Copy the HTML embed code from the box.
5. Go to the location in your Blackboard class where students will access the video and Edit the item you want to embed the video in.
6. In the text box editor, click the < > (Source Code) button and paste the embed code
   1. If you do not see the Source Code button, click the ···​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​(More) button in the upper right of the button menu.
7. Click the Save button (this will place the video into the text editor).
8. Click Submit.
