Microsoft Education LTI for Blackboard

Microsoft Teams LTI is being retired by Microsoft. Microsoft Education is their new LTI to integrate Teams in your Blackboard course. 

  1. Click the purple plus on your content page, select content market
  2. Click the add button on the Microsoft Education LTI box
  3. Click on the Microsoft Education link you just added
  4. Select Continue setup.
  5. This will load your dashboard where you can choose which Microsoft applications you would like to enable in your class.  Then you will select Done to finalize the setup.  
  6. To hold virtual meetings through teams you will now use the Teams Meetings option within your Microsoft Education LTI.  (Middle option)
  7. Click New meeting
  8. For Invite required attendees, you can click "add entire class" or allow anyone in the course to join
  9. Once your settings are added, click Save
