Kaltura Classroom

  1. Access your Blackboard course
  2. Go into the Content location you want to add the link
  3. Select the plus icon and choose the Content Market option.

  1. Scroll to the Classroom Media Gallery LTI and click the Plus icon in the corner

  1. Click on the Hidden from students button under the new link, change it to Visible to students

  1. Click on the new link you just added
  2. Select Start Meeting

  1. Set your audio and visual settings and select Confirm
    1. The first time you will need to allow the browser to access your webcam and microphone.

  1. Under the Tools icon is where you can access Youtube, whiteboard, desktop share, quizzes, video library, recording options and breakout rooms

  1. Chat, participants, playlist and notes can be turned on or off to appear to the right side of your screen.

Other features you can use are:

  • lock down the classroom so others can no longer join
  • Set a pole for the students to interact during the meeting.
  • You will click the red icon to leave or close the classroom for everyone.

*Note- Your students will click on the same link in the course content to join the meetings.
