Who do I contact to get a username, password, equipment or additional access for my new employee?

User accounts are created 24 hours after Human Resources updates Colleague with the new hire, promotion, or transfer status. Once this is completed, IT and HR will email the supervisor the new employee’s account credentials and a link to the Access Request web form.

To help ensure a smooth onboarding process and notify all relevant IT areas, supervisors—or a designated team member—must complete the Access Request web form. This form is now the only accepted method for submitting IT needs for new employees and should be completed after receiving the account credentials.

Please allow up to 72 hours for IT system access setup and equipment requests.
