How do I order toner or ink replacement for my printer?

It's simple...you don't! Northwood uses a Print Management Service which monitors your printer usage and utilizes thresholds and algorithms to determine when new toner needs to automatically be re-ordered.

  • Your toner will automatically be sent from the Mailroom to the location where the printer is housed.
  • The shipping label’s mailing address will have LOCATION - PRINTER NAME - IP ADDRESS.  (i.e. CFAB - CFABACAD2 - 11.1.XX.XX) 
  • When your toner arrives please let your co-workers know that it was received
  • Keep the ink/toner in a safe accessible location, and DO NOT OPEN until your printer notifies you to replace

All Northwood owned printers, on campus, have a label that includes the printer name, serial number, IP address, and how to map the printer. These labels will help identify the printer for toner refill purposes and when you call the Help Desk requesting printer assistance.
