Blank Screen or "Unable to Load" Message
If when you were clicking the "Northwood Login" button you receive a blank page or a page indicating unable to load adfs.northwood.edu follow the steps below.
Verify you can access
IT Help Desk Client Portal
If you are unable able to access that page the issue may be with your work network/computer. In our testing, it appears that some networks may be blocking access to our authentication system, which is why you are getting the blank page after clicking "Northwood Login." We would encourage you to speak with your work IT personnel to determine if they are preventing access to our authentication system.
