Who can help with third party software and publisher integrations like Minitab, WileyPlus, SimNet, Pearson MyLab, McGraw Hill, Peregrine, Critical Thinking Assessment and others found within Blackboard?

Since publishers' integration of materials are outside of the Northwood Blackboard system -- the Northwood IT Help Desk staff are blocked from getting into these systems to troubleshoot issues.

Instead, publishers have a dedicated support staff that are very responsive to technical issues and is your primary contact for support. Below is a list of the support websites and phone numbers.
