How do I access and send from a shared mailbox using Microsoft Outlook?

1. Wait 10 minutes after IT has added you to the shared mailbox
2. Close and reopen Outlook
3. The shared mailbox should now appear in your folder pane on the left side of Outlook
   • If it doesn’t automatically appear, you can manually add the shared mailbox for either the New Outlook or Classic Outlook
