To streamline the setup process for student employees, IT requires the IT Access Request Web Form be completed. This form is emailed to the student’s supervisor with the subject “Student Employment Change of Status Form”(Blackboard login required to access).
This is the only accepted method for requesting IT access (e.g., shared drives, calendars, printers, programs).
If you’re requesting access to Perceptive Content, Colleague, NXT, or TeamDynamix, your student must first complete the AUP, FERPA Training, and NU Student Access forms. These must be attached to the request. All forms are available in the Files section of the Access Request Service (TeamDynamix login required).
Following this process helps ensure your student is ready on day one.
