After pressing 3, your extended absence greeting will be set. To change back to your standard greeting, go through this process again.

NOTE: If there is already a number entered in this field you will have to select backspace to clear the number out of the Always field
To disable the forwarding, just remove the checkbox next to the phone number and press the Save soft key

Why is my desk phone not ringing and going directly to voicemail when someone calls? (Turn off Do Not Disturb - DND)
When DND is enabled on the Mitel phone, callers calling into the phone hear a busy signal or get sent directly to voicemail, depending on the phone's configuration. If you see The Do Not Disturb (DND) icon on the status bar located at the top of your phone's home screen then the DND feature is enabled.

Why am I getting a NuPoint Account Settings pop-up?
If you recently changed your Mitel mailbox passcode, you will need to update the Account Settings box that will automatically appear. Enter your credentials to ensure that you will continue receiving voicemails into your Outlook email inbox by following the directions below.
If you do not get a green checkmark and continue receiving a red X please contact the IT Help Desk and request a Mitel passcode reset.
