How do I reset/change my current, expired or forgotten password?

**All Staff and Faculty who have a Northwood-owned computer MUST be ON CAMPUS or VPN into the Northwood Network to avoid synchronization issues**

Reset Expired or Forgotten Password

  1. Go to http://www.northwood.edu/pwreset
  2. Choose Reset My Password (this option will only work if you have already setup your Northwood security questions)
  3. Type in your Northwood Username
  4. Domain will remain northwood
  5. Choose Next
  6. Answer your three security questions
  7. Type in your New Password
  8. Confirm your password

Change Your Current Northwood Password

  1. Go to http://www.northwood.edu/pwreset
  2. Choose Change my Current Password
  3. Type in your Northwood Username
  4. Type in your Current Northwood Password
  5. Type in your New Password
  6. Confirm your password
