Password or Security/Verification Methods Assistance

If you are unable to use our Self-Service tool to reset your password, no longer know your Northwood credentials, are locked out or having issues with your security/verification methods please submit an IT Request. This option should only be used in these specific circumstances.

Your my.northwood.edu username and password provides access to the following services: Blackboard, Self-Service, Web Mail, Northwood-owned Computers, and Administrative Programs  (Perceptive Content, R25 and more).

Colleague uses separate credentials.

Requesting Assistance

If you have reviewed the related articles and cannot find a solution to your issue in our Knowledge Base, please click on the Submit IT Request button for additional assistance. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and other key details to assist in resolving your issue. After you have completed the request form, a ticket confirmation message will be sent to your Northwood email account. Your ticket will be placed in an IT queue where it will shortly be assigned a technician who will work with you to resolve your request.
