Password Assistance

If you are unable to use our Self-Service tool, no longer know your Northwood credentials,  are locked out or did not request a password change/reset please submit an IT Request. This option should only be used in these specific circumstances.

Your username and password provides access to the following services: Blackboard, WebAdvisor, Web Mail, Northwood-owned Computers, and Administrative Programs  (Recruiter, Perceptive Content, R25 and more).

Other programs like, Person Proxy, and Colleague have separate credentials.

Requesting Assistance

If you have reviewed the related articles and cannot find a solution to your issue in our Knowledge Base, please click on the Submit IT Request button for additional assistance. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and other key details to assist in resolving your issue. After you have completed the request form, a ticket confirmation message will be sent to your Northwood email account. Your ticket will be placed in an IT queue where it will shortly be assigned a technician who will work with you to resolve your request.
