It is best to submit a request for the service you need help with directly from the "Services" page within the service catalog; this method sends your request directly to the group responsible for providing support and will result in faster response times and resolution.
For example, if you need support for email, going to the "Email, Calendar and Drive Support" service and clicking Submit IT Request will send your request directly to the group that provides email support.
