You can submit a request to permanently close your NU account and delete your data.
Note: Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else, and it cannot be restored. If you decide later that you want a Northwood Alumni email account you'll need to request a brand new account.
Requesting Assistance
After you have completed the request form, a ticket confirmation message will be sent to your Northwood email account. Your ticket will be placed in an IT queue where it will shortly be assigned a technician who will work with you to resolve your request.
