Guest User Network Access for NU-owned machines

All visitors to Northwood University have access to the northwood wireless network. Self-Registration for WiFi access is required, and has been verified to work with all major web browsers—if you have problems registering your device, please try a different web browser (i.e. Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox). Guest access is for 48 hours—for longer stays, users must self-register after the initial session expires.

Guest user accounts are created for external hosted groups using Northwood-owned equipment to provide technology resources.

 

Requesting Assistance

If you have reviewed the related articles and cannot find a solution to your issue in our Knowledge Base, please click on the Submit IT Request button for additional assistance. After you have completed the request form, a ticket confirmation message will be sent to your Northwood email account. Your ticket will be placed in an IT queue where it will shortly be assigned a technician who will work with you to resolve your request.
